The Cosmopolitan is a gracious contemporary-style gem. Designed with an open-concept, its light, airy manner is inherently hospitable. The 18 foot vaulted ceilings in the foyer and great room and the 9 foot first floor ceilings add much to this feel. From the two-story great room to the graceful exposed lower level behind, the Cosmopolitan beckons to it's friends and neighbors.

Contemporary style birch doors, pickled maple woodwork, and KHLH case and base give the Cosmopolitan its solid, stylish quality. There are also pickled oak floors in the kitchen and foyer.
