Quality Development in Waukesha County, WI

Wales Quick Lube Wales Traffic
Wales Quick Lube
Highway 18 in Wales
KHLH, Inc. has been building in southern Wisconsin for nearly 15 years. While its mainstay has always been high-quality custom homebuilding, several years ago KHLH expanded into the commercial area as well.

KHLH recently finished construction of the Wales Quick Lube. It is located across from the Kettle Moraine High School playing field just east of the Hwy 18 and Hwy 83 intersection, and uses a pit-system design, in which vehicles are ushered in over pits from within which the lube techs operate.

Also featured at the facility is the Belanger Vector Rapid Wash. This touchless carwash uses a state-of-the-art laser detection system with overlapping spray.

Glamorgan Bae
Glamorgan Bae Development

Glamorgan Bae in the Village of Wales reached completion in February, 1999. Designed in a clean, row-house style and named after a Welsh castle, Glamorgan Bae is 11,000 square feet and built to house four office or light industrial businesses. Currently, two of these units have been adjoined to facilitate the needs of a single larger business. Glamorgan Bae was fully leased prior to completion.

An upcoming project is the development of 13 acres in Waukesha County on Highway 18 just east of Highway 83. This development will include high-quality office space that will compliment the neighboring area and provide much-needed services to our community. In keeping with the "Welsh theme" of the area, the development is being called "Cardigan Bae."

The site is a prime location with great potential in a rapidly developing area. Just one-half mile east of the intersection of Highways 18 and 83, it is just two and a half miles south of Interstate 94. The back lot line adjoins the Town of Delafield.

Being nearly kitty-corner to the grounds of the Kettle Moraine High School and Wales Elementary School contributes to the site's visibility and potential. Also within site is the new Pick and Save on Highway 83. So, for the dozen or so communites that feed the Kettle Moraine School District and area, this effectively locates the site in the heart of "down town" Kettle Moraine.
